It’s a place where you get to work with legends like David Beckham, Shaquille O’Neal, and Thalía Sodi. There’s constant innovation and new brands always coming in.

Cons

A misogynistic and non-inclusive culture. You don’t feel like you have the potential to grow unless you’re a friend or relative of someone important within the company. If someone is the CEO’s nephew or related to someone in power, they immediately get a better position than everyone else. There’s a strong sense of misogyny, and you don’t feel encouraged or given a real opportunity to grow.
