Pros

None. Everyone except for the CEO's family is underpaid, overworked, and treated like livestock.

Cons

- They're making us come into the office 5x/week during a pandemic, for no reason other than the CEO is bored at home. - No protective measures are in place. They are not paying for transportation to/from the office, and all employees are doing this on cut salaries. - Women should not work here. Under appreciated, under paid, overworked, and objectified in my experience. - nepotism is the best way to get promoted - even Sr managers and VP's are afraid of the wrath of the CEO. No one stands up to him because he purposefully instills fear of job stability. - "HR" at this company is non-existent, and when it shows up, its to carry out the bidding of the CEO. "HR" knows that employees are depressed and scared, and being put in physical harm's way, and still, "HR" stands by and enables it. - some one needs to expose this place for hostile/unethical workplace that it is.

Pros

Free snacks, and a GORGEOUS new office space (being facetious, of course, from what I hear, its a boring office in a boring building in a trashy part of town).... But, you get free left over clothes from amazing brands such as TAPOUT... nice!

Cons

There's so much wrong with this company that I'm need to use a numerical list. 1. Everyone is criminally underpaid, except for the family members of the CEO, who are promoted/paid more very quietly. 2. Extremely sexist/misogynist/ sexually aggressive/unfriendly work environment towards women and LGBTQ. 3. Note: this one is the longest, and most-pressing: The company is forcing its employees to come into the office, in Times Square, during a global pandemic. ABG has NO REASON whatsoever to require employees to be in the office--all legitimate organizations are allowing WFH until mid 2021. They are NOT paying for transportation, either, so ABG'ers will have to either take the subway (and risk getting sick) or pay for Ubers on their own dime ON REDUCED SALARIES. They are also asking each employee to fill out a questionnaire every morning, which includes a body temperature reading, to mitigate their exposure to lawsuits... They have specifically said..IN EMAIL.. that "even if you have a vulnerable family member, you must be in the office 5 days a week, no exceptions."..again, ON REDUCED SALARIES and with 40% less people to do the work. 4. Absolutely no diversity, unless Canadians count(?) 5. There is only upward mobility if you're a man. 6. Everyone is so scared of being publicly ridiculed/fired by the tyrannical company leaders that the bulk of the company just succumbs to them...said otherwise, to work at ABG, you end up having to part with your beliefs and self worth.
