Pros
Highlight has to be putting in my two week's notice. (Also the only positive review is from one of the owner's relatives who posted when the company grew upset knowing what little people thought about the company they work for when posting on glassdoor. That should say enough about this place.)
Cons
Such a waste of time. A lot of people move up with title quickly since it's a small company but you're experience in archaic in that their marketing and business strategy is way out of touch with consumers. They are a business of dying brands. It's not sustainable. My guess is they're trying to go public just to make some money before the thing goes under ten years from now as the market doesn't have a place for this type of business model.
