Pros

The company once had a talented, passionate, and collaborative team. Unfortunately, many of the people who made it a great place to work have already moved on, and the culture has suffered as a result.

Cons

- The company appears to be struggling with product direction and lacks a clear long-term strategy. - Executive leadership has created a culture that many employees find discouraging and lacking in transparency. - Customer retention and satisfaction are challenged by a product that still feels immature in key areas. - Sales expectations often outpace the product's current capabilities, creating difficult situations for both customers and employees. - Employee dedication and the significant time invested by teams often go unrecognized. - Job security feels uncertain, with performance improvement plans and terminations sometimes occurring with little perceived warning or documented coaching.

Pros

Regular employees are great to work with. They are smart and very hard working.

Cons

Almost everything else: - Incentivized to always say yes or you get ostracized - Shifting priorities last second with no real stability on any decision - No accountability from management when things inevitably go wrong. There's always someone else to blame - Frequent restructuring whether from management or employees leaving. Remaining employees have to pick up the slack or risk getting PIPed - Unreasonable expectations on almost every single deadline where employees are often forced to work long nights and weekends - The lack of any real planning for the future

Pros

The people at Authorium are genuinely great—smart, collaborative, and hardworking. There are opportunities to take on new projects and expand your skill set, and the flexibility of remote work is a plus. The team is full of talented individuals who are passionate about their work, making day-to-day collaboration enjoyable.

Cons

While the work can be engaging, the unpredictability and lack of direction on the company's future can make it challenging to succeed.
