      Startup environment means fast-paced, high-stakes work. But, the team is very collaborative and easy to engage with other employees cross-functionally.

      Tech start up with lots of potential. Doing great work in the government sector helping streamline workflows. Everyone means well. Love the energy of the development team. Founders are engaging and work alongside team.

      Cons

      Stressful, long days/nights. When moving fast mistakes are made. Management spends more time blaming instead of equiping.
