We are big believers in developing our staff, so you all feel prepared before going into client homes. This includes safety training. Taking care of our Behavior Technicians is incredibly important to us, which is why we do pay reviews twice per year, group meetings and outings so you don’t feel isolated and a list of different benefits to ensure you’re taken care of.
