Average pay, expensive benefits, on-call after hours coverage can get to be long hours after working, training, running service calls and managing subordinates all day.

They talked a lot about work/life balance with only 6 or 7 stops a day but when your new, they tend to throw all the work on you when you’re learning still and have you run other people’s routes on top of your own meanwhile they haven’t trained you which leads you to 12 plus stops a day and now instead of working from 7:30am to 4:30pm like they said you would, just expect to work until 8:30pm at night almost everyday (even while your fully trained). Also manager plays favoritism and lies about being able to have your own route when full staffed and lies about being able to move up in the company.
