Pros

Good work life balance. Hours can be long from time to time, but nights and weekends are free. Profit sharing is fantastic and wages are competitive. Very successful company, built to last for many years to come.

Cons

You can have a bad day and find yourself working 11-12 hours. Happens more frequently when new and gets better and better.

Pros

It's a very stable company. There's never the worry about lay offs or downsizing. It's fair pay for a hard days work. There's decent promotion opportunities if you work hard and aren't afraid of selling.

Cons

Sometimes there seems to be a lack of leadership. The managers aren't always on the same page, or if they are, there's a "yes men" mentality.
