Pros

This is a company with great ethics and business practice. Not once have I ever felt mislead or lied to. The pay is great and benefits are even better. Great management, very detailed training program, and great opportunities for advancement as long as you work hard. This is by far the best experience I've ever had in the workplace. Family owned company who really knows how to take care of their employees.

Cons

The hardest challenge here is the same as starting any new career.....the learning curve. It takes time to learn everything and to figure out how to manage your time appropriately. After that, it's a very fun job.

I work in the Accounting Department in Mt. View. There is a great team spirit here. We work together to improve our systems. Management is open to and encourages us to share our ideas. This is a place where you can see your good ideas, knowledge and experience making a difference on an ongoing basis and also a place where you can learn from others. I have never been bored here.

Cons

You need to have good time management and be able to prioritize your work since this is a busy environment. However, I have not had the experience of being required to work extra hours. I try to work extra at times but this is my choice always. I usually work 8 to 9 hours a day.

This has been a great company to work for. You are very busy and the days go by fast. You never have to worry about layoffs or lack of work. If you want to work for a company that will push you to be a better person/employee and push you to enhance and work on your talents in business, this is the place for you to work. Auto-Chlor is managed in such a way that they will teach you what has worked but also give you the freedom to add your touch to the job. They listen and learn from you. The culture at Auto-Chlor is that of always be improving, set no limits.

Cons

Keep working on the technology upgrades to help employees with their daily jobs.
