Decent pay. Flexibility in running your route

I'm so glad I went with my instinct and decided to work here, people first is an actual thing that managers and senior leaders live by. As with any job, there are things that aren't the best, but the way I've been treated and seen other employees treated is what keeps me here. This is a manufacturing company, and as with any manufacturing business, the environment requires people that want to work and don't mind taking on additional work or staying late to make sure the job gets done. Some people who leave and get frustrated simply didn't want to do the work or put the effort in. I see the company moving in a really good direction, COVID was really tough, but the company is still standing and they're still hiring. That should say something about the way they do business and how they treat people. I'm proud to work here and proud of all of the people that service the customers.
