      Pros

      I have been working at Auto Glass Now for 3 years and have found it to be a very positive experience. I have been in the glass industry for 30+ years and Auto Glass Now is by far the best glass company I have worked for in my career. They are employee focused and promote from within. I look forward to growing and continuing my career with Auto Glass Now.

      Pros

      Second largest glass company in nation with out the large corporate politics. The president an owner both take time to know employees vs treating you like an employee number like most large corporations. Fast paced work environment helps time moved by, always something to done.

      Cons

      Multi tasking is a very important part in being able to stay on track, if not you can feel overwhelmed at times. Maintaining an catering to customer accounts can be high stress at times from pressure on turn around times.

      Pros

      Offer the best products at the lowest price. Glass sells itself and the company stands behind their warranty. Customers stay happy which keeps me happy. Off Sundays and try to rotate Saturdays which are only half days. Great coworkers and management takes care of those putting in the work. I have moved from a CSR to Store Manager in just over a year so the room for advancement is there! SO HAPPY!

      Cons

      Medical benefits are offered. Pretty standard and they work for me; however, the employee portion is a weekly deduction that I feel is pretty high.
