New hires are under paid and not trained correctly. Cars are ruined and management laughs it off. CEO/Vice president/all upper management have all been in legal troubles from previously owned companies due to committing insurance fraud. Glass disturbers won’t even work with them at times. They don’t care about the techs they talk about giving raises but never do. They don’t buy you any of the needed tools for the job. They’ll front you the cost but take it out of your checks later. Employees who are liked get their hours adjusted to make it appear as they’re working a full forty hours when they’re not. They don’t supply the supplies needed to properly install a windshield techs have to tell management when they’re low on any supplies. Managers and CSRs have no idea about glass and order wrong items daily and wrong windows are installed in cars without customers knowing.

Literally everything else. This place has some amazing employees, but they treat them poorly, so they mostly all hate their jobs. If you are in management you will be micro managed at every turn. The benefits are terrivle. The owner has to sign off on all vacations, and will not do so during the summer time or during any times that he thinks they may be "too busy". If you have to contact the corporate office, heaven help you, as many of them act as though their own emplyees are a burden. I could go on and on all day. If you are thinking of working here just read all of the reveiws. Are there any reveiws that dont say the same thing that I am saying here? And lastly, do you have ANY other option for employment? If you do, I would recommend going elsewhere.
