The techs and CSR were great.

Cons

Everyone hated their job and were constantly saying how horrible the company was. Upper management just cares about numbers and stresses everyone out. Also the condition of the facility was disgusting and they should be ashamed.

all this place is worried about is money, they dont value their employees. They use the cheapest stiff on cars, they mess up headliner and paint. They try to patch it so customers dont know about it. They NEVER tell them about messing up a car. Beware, yes they are cheap but u get what u pay for. Also they changed the name to auto glass now bc the former name got into alot of trouble. Research glass masters!
