Literally there are none. Everything is bad.

Cons

-Leadership is bad -Pay is low -Training is inconsistent -Benefits are expensive and don't cover much -The company does huge layoffs out of nowhere (375 people two weeks before Christmas!) -Commission is often up in the air, sometimes they pay it and sometimes they just don't. Even when they don't pay commission, they still expect CSR's to be salespeople for very low pay. -Sheisty company that is pulling a lot of dirty tricks top pad their numbers because they are looking to sell before they're bankrupt.

Pay! This place was great before it was sold out two years ago!

Cons

No care for employees, will change your bonus/ commission at the drop of a dime! Will enforce lay offs to save money and leave you short staffed.

Sometimes you're promised something and don't get it. Raises aren't on time. Every answer you get, when you finally get it, is different than the one before.
