This is the biggest joke for a company I have ever worked for, they don't value their employees and they do everything as cheap as possible. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Upper management treat you like a piece of trash throw on the side of the road. This place is all about those $$$.. I would pick 0 on the rating if I could..

The call center is full of fake people who gossip. There is no opportunity for raises or advancement. Work 6 days a week on a "rotating shift" but really your a fill in for lunch breaks if your not in the click and for roatating the same people seem to carry same shift and Sundays off (not rotating). Company based of favoritism. Requested time off is looked over, no sick days, no paid time off, work all major holidays and benefits are terrible. Very high turn over rate
