-Leadership is bad
-Pay is low
-Training is inconsistent
-Benefits are expensive and don't cover much
-The company does huge layoffs out of nowhere (375 people two weeks before Christmas!)
-Commission is often up in the air, sometimes they pay it and sometimes they just don't. Even when they don't pay commission, they still expect CSR's to be salespeople for very low pay.
-Sheisty company that is pulling a lot of dirty tricks top pad their numbers because they are looking to sell before they're bankrupt.
