      Pros

      Current direct manager is wonderful

      Cons

      Unreasonable workloads, low wages (it's taken me almost 10 years to move up even 4.00 in hourly wages), absolutely awful upper management that only care about saving money in their departments to fuel their yearly bonuses for coming in under budget. You will never be able to do enough for them, and every time it seems you're finally where your production numbers are, they're raised AGAIN.

      Loved what I did at AIS.

      Cons

      Management is the worst. Does not listen to employees concerns and doesn't care about people at all. It is all about the almighty dollar.

      Pros

      Flexibility - ability to work from home in many capacities. Very family friendly, allows for considerations to be there for your family. Very competitive wages, benefits and PTO. Fantastic Senior Leadership team. True leadership by assigning tasks, gives direction and feedback, but does not micro manage. Keeps an upbeat and positive social environment.

      Honestly I don't have any significant cons I can provide.
