Pros

I left my full time job to stay home with my children back in 2018 was a hard decision that I never would find a company I enjoyed working for again. I think this company is actually 10 times better then my previous company. Autoloaders is very professional, considerate of personal issues, and make the job fun to come to everyday! I have great managers, co workers, and my own space of my own. Training in my position wasn't over whelming and they make it easy to fit right in to my role here .

Cons

I have been here over a year and I don't have any yet!

Coming from working the flat rate grind of one shops an finding a company that doesn’t look as a automotive technician as a disposable employee but a asset an also pays a great for your talents plus many other perks this place is my final destination love the people the company finally found a home .

This is one of the better companies I’ve ever worked for in my 20+ years as a technician. From top to bottom Autolenders truly operates as a family. I’ve been here for almost 2 years now and i couldn’t be happier
