HEAVY workplace politics have to be kiss up with management for leads not much room for error when starting,

One of the best options in the industry

Pros

Good company, good management, good pay structure, good product. Management actually cares about you as a person and your priorities. No slimey tactics you can actually sell with integrity and still make good money.

Cons

When it's slow it's really slow. Part of the pay plan has some specific circumstances where selling more can possibly make you less money. Need to avoid that. Hours are on par for the industry.
