      it has a friendly work environment. Most of the employees are nice and open to help.

      Cons

      Manager may not know anything about the field he/she was assigned. A passive,aggressive manager.

      The work is interesting, benefits are good, and culture is great. The emphasis on work-life balance you see here is very rare in the industry.

      Pay is below average (partially corrected by good benefits).
