Pros

I enjoy taking to some coworkers at least I know I'm not the only one that hates this company

Cons

I've worked here for almost six years.Horrible management, promotions are only given to those that are "favorites" management will even tell you to find another job as "everyone's replaceable" no matter how good of a worker you are. You're not good enough to promote unless you have any degree, experience doesn't matter. The turn around with associates is terrible and they don't care. I agree with all the other negative feedback on this company!! All the positive are either people that weren't here long enough to see it or they are current higher up jokes for management. Can't hardly stand coming to work. I'm currently looking for another job.

Pros

-Great teammates and a collaborative atmosphere -Supportive direct management -Solid in house training and learning opportunities

Cons

-Very below market pay/benefits package -Upper management is stubborn and refuses to listen to associate’s concerns, especially with regard to remote work. -Direct management is not empowered at all to retain good talent. Every little decision about your career is moved up the chain and considered by upper management, who have no idea who you are or how much of a real impact you have. You are just a number to them. -Lots of great talent has left and continues to leave. Morale has been decreasing precipitously the last year or two.

Pros

Work life balance if you can get your work done in 37.5 hrs a week.

Cons

Management favors favorites. Favorites are those who are very outgoing. New hires start at higher pay than those loyal for 5 even 10 years. Dress code. Outdated 4:3 monitors. Pay for IT is at the bottom of the scale. Executives make false promises and even lie to their associates, while boasting honesty as a core value. Annual 1-2% raises are most common, some 3%. But the medical insurance they offer goes up that amount each year. IT retention is at like -11% and increasing, forcing coworkers to work more overtime. They dangle opportunities in front of you but never give you them. If they do give you an opportunity they lied about what it was. For example two of my roles were promised to be 100% - 85% Java and ended up being 100% a different language, or 90% Cobol. They will hire outside people only for Java instead of promoting Cobol developers.
