Not much flexibility on the remote work policy. Required to work in the office twice a week when all meetings and other activity are conducted virtually. Promotions generally take at least five years. Difficult to get pay increases. There is a clear lack of diversity and the DEI initiatives are very poor. The hours are good compared to many other attorney jobs, but the workload is intense.
