Pros

Good training environment for those new to insurance industry. One is the few companies that still gives Christmas bonuses based on years of service

Cons

Old School mentality( no casual Friday’s ).. Not a company of revolution but evolution.. Pays lower than the industry (yet tries to convince employees there compensation package is unlike any other company ) .. it’s not . Not willing to have work at home days .

Pros

You'll never lose your job. Never had a layoff, firing people is almost unheard of. Very friendly and understanding people to work for. Very few fire drills with work 37.5 hour work week. Never more, never less. Pension and great benefits

Cons

Pay is lower than most places Hard to advance career/salary
