      Pros

      Management seems very willing to invest in new technologies, so there is a great deal of opportunity to learn. Insurance related training and coursework is available. Management folks are fair and honest. People are rarely fired... even when they should be.

      Cons

      Low pay. No option for remote work. Old fashioned dress policy. Teams are disorganized and change constantly, making it exceedingly difficult to effectively complete work in a timely manner. Cliques sometimes bully out of box thinkers and drive them away.

      Pros

      There is something really special about this company. Everyone here really cares about and values customers, agents and each other. Everyone from the CEO down truly wants to take care of people, do the right thing and make a positive difference.

      Cons

      I really don’t have any. No company is perfect, but if I ever see something that isn’t ideal it helps when you know that everyone’s intentions are good and we all have the same goals and objectives.
