Pros
The people here are good to work with. Your schedule has a bit more flexibility than your other major carriers. Pay is ok.
Cons
It has been said in previous reviews but the company runs a razor thin number of claim handlers. You do the work of two. The company does not implement anything to help lighten your work load such as dividing the work load. People do not like to take vacations because while they are gone, almost no one does their work.
