      The company is always adding to their time off options with half-hour increments a viable for the personal time.

      The structure of the building is not stable.

      Pros

      Good training environment for those new to insurance industry. One is the few companies that still gives Christmas bonuses based on years of service

      Cons

      Old School mentality( no casual Friday’s ).. Not a company of revolution but evolution.. Pays lower than the industry (yet tries to convince employees there compensation package is unlike any other company ) .. it’s not . Not willing to have work at home days .

      Pros

      Super chill and individualistic work environment. Worked on my own for the most part and was out of the office for half of the day out on claims.

      Cons

      Very conservative company (button up and tie type of place). Had to be in the office even when we didn't have any work to do. Chances of moving up was miniscule.
