      A company with great values. They hire from within so the people at the top have worked their way up. Positive atmosphere for the most part.

      Cons

      It’s a corporation and you are still a number. The technology is behind…still using a mainframe system.

      Company seems to care about employees. Consistently gives profit sharing bonuses to employees. Work-life balance is pretty good and management always willing to help.

      Cons

      For career advancement, you need to move around for the company.
