      Great job stability. Steady pay increases.

      Cons

      Advancement isn't really merit based, but more based on longevity at the company. Must be willing to relocate to gain opportunities in the company.

      Consistent, reliable, stable. Decent bonuses. Job Security for sure

      Cons

      Decisions are hard to come by, it takes a committee to agree. A fairly large percentage of salary is bonus, so if there is a down year, it really has a negative impact. Communication disconnect, different messages coming from different leaders.
