Pros

Work-life balance is great. You only work a 37.5 hour work week The people at the company are very helpful and love celebrating work/life accomplishments.

Cons

Company is slow to change. There is a lot more structure/rules in the company which may have to do with the fact the company hires a lot of recent college grads.

Heavy workload, a lot of turnover at the branch level. Big disconnect from branch level vs home office.
