Auto-Owners Insurance reviews

I understand many companies are understaffed and having a difficult time hiring but our Branch is struggling. I’ve talked to other claims reps and we all express how heavy the workload is right now. None of us feel like we can catch a break. We’re short on reps and they are actively trying to hire, which is great, but we’ve gone a month or more with these issues and not seeing any additional compensation for the additional work/stress. I’m exhausted and getting burnt out. Initial training was great for starting out but because our workloads are all immense - I am handling BI claims with little to no guidance. I take pride in my work but feel I could be doing my job much better with additional training/support, and pay to match what I’m putting into the job.
