HORRIBLE management locally. I think the senior management means well, but local managements seem to head in the wrong direction consistently and bordering on abusively. Lots of favoritism and micromanagement. Promotion of problem associates. Lack of understanding of management positions due to inexperience. They seem to put people in positions of authority due to the good Ol boy system rather than experience, so often managers have no idea what their subordinates actually do for a living.
