      Pros

      Good benefits including pension, 401K 4% match, 5K+ in benefits dollars to use for health insurance, FSA or HSA. Paid holidays off, 2 wks + of vacation and PTO. Good work-life balance, 37.5hr work week. Salary starts at $47,500 and increases to $49,000 after 6 mths.

      Cons

      No real cons, it's a good place to work, trust me. Insurance is a boring topic, but hey, that's life.

      Pros

      Benefits, PTO, Sick pay, and bonuses. Some staff are great and willing to help out with work. Safe and secure building.

      Cons

      Poor management in claims and their other fellow employees. Some employees aren't fired even after making rude racist remarks. They let that pass by even with HR. Work is not distributed evenly upon employees.
