      Management doesn’t hold everyone accountable so if you are a good worker you get majority of work while others take it easy

      Good place to start

      Pros

      starting salary, when in person the training is very good. Benefits are great, just a bit complicated.

      Cons

      Very metric driven. salary increases are small, don't be surprised when someone with no experience is hired at your same level, they will make no attempt to retain experienced Underwriters. The culture is pretty cheap, for special occasions they will not order lunch for the branch, but instead ask the employees to organize a pot-luck; but if agents come to the branch they'll order tons of food for them. Very little upward mobility.
