      Good Company with low pay

      Pros

      Job security. Bonuses are good. Sick time, paid time off and personal days are nice.

      Cons

      Slow to adapt to change. Work from home program is disappointing at 1 day a week even after being home for over a year. Pay is low compared to others in industry. Benefits are average. Overall very cheap company with expense budget. Job is secure as they under staff so they don’t have to lay off employees.
