Business Outlook
Pros
Pension, 401k matching, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and a prepaid medical expense card are fantastic incentives. Internal promotions are not hard to come by. Most positions are filled internally. Profit sharing is usually a significant amount.
Cons
Base salary is well below national average and well below average for my city. Branch level management is inexperienced and struggles with favoritism/bias. Turnover at my branch is high.
