      Pros

      Great working environment. Great coworkers. No complaints; felt like I was an active part of a big family of insurance professionals!

      Nothing really. Corporate structure of company can occasionally lead to slow decision making process

      Pros

      Not many but they do have a Christmas bonus and incentive bonus. Some people are happy there but may just be content with job security

      Cons

      They peddle so much BS about what a great company they are to work for that they actually believe it! Low salaries, low increases. Bonuses tend to offset these after a few years but aren't guaranteed and you will most likely be paid better overall by other companies with the same job title. This is across the board for IT jobs as well as insurance related positions.
