      Pros

      - Work stays in the office (management actively encourages this) - People are very friendly and kind - Great benefits - Profit sharing, Christmas bonuses

      Cons

      - Company is slower to innovate which manifests somewhat in technology utilization being slightly behind (in some areas, but not all - some is cutting edge) - Promotion is slow, you can move all over laterally, but if they don't want you moving up you won't and even those that do do so slowly.

      401 k matching, profit sharing, pension, paid time off, family like atmosphere at work, room for moving up in company, room for moving laterally in company if you don't like position

      Cons

      May need to travel to different city for a job you really want. Many of the departments are in Lansing only.

      Pension Conservative Profit sharing Does not lay off

      Cons

      Have to push for fair pay. Managers are not always a fit for the company, the company is great but some management in the smaller branches do not keep the values most do.
