      Pros

      Great benefits; first day medical coverage, profit-sharing, matched retirement accounts, vacation + personal time and insurance discounts. Promotes and rewards continuing education with career opportunities. Friendly coworkers everywhere! Inclusive campus with dining halls and banking services. A reputable and longstanding insurance company.

      Cons

      Slightly lower salary than other major insurance companies. The parking lot is very difficult to navigate during rush hours. Somewhat stricter dress code.
