      Pros

      Good people. Good benefits. They give you the opportunity to move within the company. High volume of work but steady hours and extremely stable company. Making efforts for better tech but not there yet.

      Cons

      volume of work. Company as a whole is a little outdated. Needs to adapt to the current work environment and introduce more work from home for BCR roles (which they keep talking about)

      Pros

      -flexible schedule -good upper management. No micromanaging from my immediate superiors -generous PTO/good work-life balance -stable company-no layoffs -opportunity for growth/promotions -not a lot of people can say they love their job/company they work for but I truly do.

      Cons

      Pay is a little under industry standard. Work from home isn’t an option (as of yet.. there is talk they will implement some sort of program)
