Good luck managing your stress levels with almost 300 claims. Expectations increase each year, while the company gives you MAYBE a 3.5% raise. Auto-Owners is too cheap to hire a training coordinator; instead, they would rather the fellow employees help train the new hires. If you expect everyone to share the same workload, you are mistaken. There are people that can just skate on by, while others are expected to carry unsustainable workloads.

Tradeoff for stability is lower pay. Employees largely can't afford the product we sell. Pay does not keep up with inflation.
