      Stable but unchanging

      Pros

      Stable, minimal work required of you, 37.5 hours, paid vacation and holiday. Friendly staff. Paid for continuing education. Bonuses every year. You can do as little work as possible and as long as management likes you you'll continue to get raises and bonuses. It takes aggressions negligence to get fired.

      Cons

      Antiquated technology, low salaries, no incentive or motivation for employees means the great employees leave and the bad employees stay. Promotions are based off longevity and not qualifications. Branches are placed in small cities on outskirts of town. Vacation and sick time is accrual based and very small. Constant turnover. Management not engaged. Company would rather continue into the future as is then try something new.

      Pros

      Stability, no surprises. Company knows it has to change and adapt. Strong financial outlook. Bonuses. Learn alot. Great company to break in to the insurance field.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, very conservative. Poor training. High workload and they want u to work weekends expectation is to put in 50 to 60 hours a week but no inventive with pay.
