Pros
Management cares, The culture is a fit for those who want to care about what they do. Great opportunities for those wanting to work hard. Co-Workers are generally very friendly.
Cons
Base pay is on the low side and they know it is. Old school office spaces, which can drive you crazy if you never are aloud to work outside of your "area". "Bad" co-workers rarely get told directly they are "bad", the whole team gets told. Almost no one is ever fired for poor performance or for actually doing their job. Most of the "bad" workers don't really understand what is expected of them.
