      - You will most likely not get fired. - Can do nothing, and not get in trouble for it.

      Cons

      - No accountability; if you mess up something, its okay because you "didnt know". - Low pay - tons of micromanagement - its all about the politics here, not about how much you know or do.

      lots of different types of jobs due to the size of the company. Stable place to work. Easy to 'blend in' friendly people profit sharing

      Cons

      I've discovered salaries can vary by tens of thousands for the same job, no matter 'tenure' Top down management, slow to change or make decisions, very slow. very conservative culture
