As a recent college graduate, it gives you great multi line experience to go somewhere else. If your an experienced professional, look elsewhere unless your desperate for mediocre pay with little recognition for your hard work and knowledge.
Cons
Workload (huge pending caseload) Outdated technology Poor training Pay Pay Office politics Stuffy conservative environment Demand for dedication to the company with nothing in return. Many employees "Do their time" here. Benefits are not all that great.
