Business Outlook
Pros
Benefits, Christmas bonus, pension plan and profit sharing are nice perks. Large company with many opportunities. Mostly friendly and caring co-workers.
Cons
Salary below industry standard, raises are terrible. Unless you are lucky enough to work for one of the few, exceptional managers, you are mostly treated like a child. Opportunities are not posted for associates; you are supposed to rely on your manager to let you know when something is available that they feel you are qualified for. Rules and policies are not applied equally. There is no communication, no flexibility and change is very slow.
