      There seems to be a lot of people that have been a long time with the company, my team is great, building infrastructure is pretty new and comfortable. Hybrid work format.

      Low pay, low raises, low bonuses, no remote work opportunities

      Culture is great, very competitive with co-workers willing to help you learn & grow your career.

      Cons

      Workload is higher than industry average for the base pay, plenty of opportunities to grow your base but a grind until you get past the initial training period.
