      Good place to gain experience as they hire new graduates. Offer pension and bonuses.

      Pros

      Stable, not stressful, good bonuses (if the company is doing well), good benefits (although pension gets worse every year).

      Cons

      Low base pay, last few years the profit sharing bonus wasn't approved, and lack of surrounding talent so it's hard to improve through your peers (there are a few good ones), lots of politics.
