      Pros

      Supervisors and co workers are great and want to see you succeed.

      Cons

      Benefits overall are average to below average based on other carriers I've worked for. Workload is enormous....never seen a 40 hour week. 50-60 hours is the norm to keep head above water. I'd say pay is average to slightly above average but when you figure out your hourly rate based on excessive workload, it doesn't pencil out.

      Pros

      Company bonuses when the company does well. But that has stopped since all storms in last couple of years.

      Cons

      Suggested to work 40 plus hours a week but paid for 37.5. No overtime. Poor raises. Max is 3% Hit or missed on getting good management that knows how to train or even knows the job that their employees do.
