      Pros

      Great benefits and an ability to grow your career. Auto-Owners will allow you to go as far as you want, and give you all the support that you need.

      Cons

      Salary could be a bit higher, but I believe this is heavily offset with the benefits that they offer.

      it has a friendly work environment. Most of the employees are nice and open to help.

      Cons

      Manager may not know anything about the field he/she was assigned. A passive,aggressive manager.
