Low starting pay but benefits make up for overtime

- Management does not care about their associates, employees come very last, especially the treatment and attitude of senior management. They will do what they need to do to become an executive, even disregarding most of our core values -Extremely unfair and low salaries - workload of more than one employee - expectations of the average associate is to work hours of overtime when senior management finds the work/life balance only important for them - disregard for the mental and physical health of non-management employees
